 | Hard Rock uses tropical hardwoods like mahogany for restaurant interiors. | |
 |
According to Hard Rock Cafe’s website, “In keeping with its identity of being more than just a restaurant, Hard Rock has made it both its business and its abiding passion to make the earth a safer, healthier and better place to live.”
And of course, there's the ubiquitous "Save the Planet", that's even part of their logo.
Yet Hard Rock Cafe uses tropical hardwoods for interiors in its restaurants, helping to destroy the very ecosystems they are claiming to help protect. And, now that Hard Rock is building hotels and casinos, it's an even greater problem!
Please contact Hard Rock and ask them to take Rainforest Relief's Rainforest Safe™ Pledge.
